From hospital server rooms to home-lab BGP tables.
IT support and network administration trainee with hands-on experience in a live healthcare environment. I completed my Advanced Professional Diploma in Server & Network Administration at Datec Learning Center, covering routing and switching, LAN/WAN technologies, Windows Server administration, Active Directory, structured cabling, fibre optics, and network troubleshooting.
Most recently, I spent six months as an IT Trainee at Pacific International Hospital, supporting switches and connectivity, VoIP telephony, CCTV systems, and structured cabling in daily hospital operations. Outside of work I build automation tools and run Cisco Packet Tracer and GNS3 labs — I'm currently preparing for my CCNA and CompTIA Network+ certifications and looking for a junior network engineering, infrastructure, or NOC role where I can keep growing.
I'm also in the process of obtaining my Police Clearance, and I hold certifications from Fortinet, Cisco Networking Academy, and CommsLearning / the Fiber Optic Association — see the certifications page for the full list.
